The conference fees include all lunches on site, a welcome reception, group excursion, and the conference dinner, which will be a special dinner in form of a traditional Argentinian barbecue where you will be able to enjoy the legendary Argentinian meat.

When you register, you will have the option to purchase additional tickets for your significant others to participate in these special events.

Late registration (starting February 15, 2023)

  • regular: 850 USD
  • student: 650 USD

Participants from institutions in Argentina benefit from special fees. Please contact us at info@ultrafastoptics2023.org to find out more details.

Additionally, if you are a student from Argentina or another Latin American country and plan to attend the conference, we have several grants available for full waivers. Please send us a 1-page short motivation letter by the end of February 6, 2023 explaining how the conference is important to your scientific career development to info@ultrafastoptics2023.org.

We are using a conference communication tool for all attendees during the UFO conference, where you will receive important information about the program and announcements about activities or changes.

You can also use to get in contact with other attendees, and exchange information about science, travel in Argentina, or simply where to go for dinner.

Once you have registered, you will receive an invitation link. Using this link, we ask you to sign up with the username firstname.lastname.

After verifying your email address, you can then log in using the URL
