We are using a conference communication tool for all attendees during the UFO conference, where you will receive important information about the program and announcements about activities or changes. You can also use to get in contact with other attendees, and exchange information about science, travel in Argentina, or simply where to go for dinner. Once you have registered, you will receive an invitation link. Using this link, we ask you to sign up with the username firstname.

Did you know that 2023 marks the 40th anniversary of the prism compressor? Perfect context for our special plenary speaker @UFO_XIII! Oscar E. Martinez will walk us through the journey “Revisiting compressors after 40 years to rescue the terms disappeared”.

We are pleased to announce three confirmed plenary speakers. Ursula Keller, Jun Ye, and Katsumi Midorikawa will address exciting topics around ultrafast lasers, attosecond science and applications of frequency combs.
